Scheduled - The OneEducation platform hosting OneEducation Financials will undergo upgrades over the upcoming long weekend. The system will be unavailable from 3pm, Friday 3rd May and will remain in maintenance mode until 12pm, Tuesday 7th May.
What is happening?
The OneEducation platform will be upgraded from version 2023A to 2024A. This upgrade is a requirement for CDU to continue to be supported by the vendor.
The project team has been meticulously testing the new version over the last few weeks in preparation for the upgrade and will perform various tests and checks in the morning on Tuesday 7th May prior to bringing the system back online.
What’s next?
When tests are complete and the system is confirmed ready, communications will be sent to all staff notifying that the system is available.
